Model of Phu Dong Sky One apartment project | Phu Dong Group
On August 20, 2022, the launching event of Phu Dong Group’s model house chain officially welcomed visitors. Along with that, Phu Dong Sky One apartment building was launched, the 5th project in the project chain of Phu Dong Group.
The model project is implemented by Song Anh team. With a total building height of more than 1.6 m. The height of the project is suitable for high-rise buildings from 25 to 30 floors.
The scale of the model is shown at 1/75 scale. At this scale, high-rise models will clearly show the design architecture for the entire building block.

Phu Dong Group launches a video introducing Phu Dong Sky One project
(02/02/2023) – Phu Dong Sky One is an apartment project in Di An, invested and developed by Phu Dong Group. This project has a total area of 5,615 m2 and includes 2 apartment blocks of 30 floors with 1 basement. In the project area, there are a total of 780 apartments, including pentstudio apartments and 1-3 bedroom apartments. The area of each apartment is also diverse, from 30-53-72-90 m2.
