Becamex Binh Phuoc Industrial and Residential Area is divided into two main areas: industrial area and residential area. The industrial area occupies 52.84% of the area, focusing on industrial production, warehouses, yards and services. The remaining area is for traffic infrastructure, trees, technical infrastructure and Ho Chi Minh road. The residential area is built on the remaining area, including residential area, mixed residential area, urban services, commercial services, trees, technical infrastructure and Ho Chi Minh road.

Binh Phuoc is preparing to start construction of the Ho Chi Minh City – Thu Dau Mot – Chon Thanh expressway in mid-December.
On December 14, Binh Phuoc province will hold a conference to announce the Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, approved by the Prime Minister. The conference will take place at 2:00 p.m. at the Conference Center of the Provincial Political School.

This plan is an important legal basis for Binh Phuoc province in formulating policies, arranging development space, allocating resources and promoting advantages to achieve socio-economic development goals.
At the conference, the province will grant investment certificates to 31 enterprises with a total investment capital of 620 million USD. At the same time, the province will inaugurate phase 1 of the automobile tire factory in Minh Hung – Sikico Industrial Park and announce phase 2 – Becamex – Binh Phuoc Industrial Park. The Ho Chi Minh City – Thu Dau Mot – Chon Thanh Expressway is about to start construction, marking an important traffic turning point for Binh Phuoc province with the province’s first expressway. The project is a total of 55km long, connecting Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 and Gia Nghia – Chon Thanh Expressway.
The approximately 2km section in Ho Chi Minh City has been allocated a budget of VND2,000 billion and is in the investment preparation stage. The majority of the route (45.7km) is located in Binh Duong province, approved for investment under the BOT form with a total capital of VND17,400 billion and is expected to start construction in the first quarter of 2025. The 7km section in Binh Phuoc alone has been allocated a budget of VND1,474 billion (of which VND1,000 billion is from the central budget), and the groundbreaking ceremony will take place on December 14.

The groundbreaking ceremony for phase 2 was solemnly held, with the participation of leaders of Binh Phuoc province and representatives of Becamex – Binh Phuoc. This event marked an important step forward in the economic development of the province.
On December 14, Binh Phuoc province and Becamex – Binh Phuoc Company started construction of Phase 2 of Becamex Binh Phuoc Industrial Park. This industrial park, owned by Becamex IDC, covers an area of over 4,500 hectares, combining industrial, service and urban development. The project has attracted over 1.1 billion USD in investment in Phase 1, creating jobs for over 8,600 local people. Phase 2, with an area of 500 hectares and an investment capital of 2,200 billion VND, will provide additional land for businesses, contributing to attracting investment to Binh Phuoc in the future.

In October 2024, the Binh Phuoc provincial government and relevant agencies met with Becamex IDC to resolve difficulties and ensure that the Becamex Binh Phuoc Industrial Park project complies with the law. This marks a new step for Becamex IDC in its strategy to expand operations beyond Binh Duong.
Becamex IDC is currently the largest industrial park investor in Binh Duong, holding 100% of the capital of 7 industrial parks with a total area of over 4,700 hectares, accounting for more than 30% of the provincial market share and 3.6% of the national market share. The construction rate is over 95%, with an average occupancy rate of 88%.
Business results for the first 9 months of the year were very positive: net revenue reached 3,195 billion VND (up 6% over the same period), net profit was over 769 billion VND (nearly 3 times higher). Becamex IDC has completed 36% of the revenue plan and 33% of the profit plan this year.
Binh Phuoc is about to reclaim more than 2,700 hectares of land to develop industrial parks and residential areas invested by Becamex.
The People’s Council of Binh Phuoc province has just approved a plan to reclaim 9,389.02 hectares of land for 449 projects in 2025. This area serves national defense, security and socio-economic development of the province. Of which, more than 2,780 hectares belong to Becamex Binh Phuoc projects, including 948 hectares for Becamex Binh Phuoc Industrial Park in Chon Thanh town and 1,832.6 hectares for Becamex Binh Phuoc Residential Area in the same area. Both projects are located in the Binh Phuoc Industrial and Residential Park complex invested by Becamex Binh Phuoc Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company. Chon Thanh town, Binh Phuoc is implementing a project to plan a total area of 4,633 hectares, including industrial parks and residential areas. The project allocates land as follows: about 2,431 hectares for industrial parks, 2,127 hectares for residential areas, the rest is mainly land belonging to the Ho Chi Minh road project.
This industrial park is aimed at diversifying industries, attracting investment in many fields, from electronics, information technology, telecommunications to food processing, agricultural products, precision mechanics, steel production and other industries such as ceramics and glass.
Residential areas are built to meet the housing needs of workers and laborers working in industrial parks and surrounding areas.
