In April 2020, the People’s Committee of Ha Tinh province approved the detailed planning for the construction of the Xuan Thanh new urban area project with a scale of 1/500. This plan covers a total area of 116 hectares and is divided into two phases, with 63.40 hectares in Xuan Thanh commune and 53.14 hectares in Co Dam commune. The project is located in Nghi Xuan district, a location with great development potential.

Updated news of Xuan Thanh - Ha Tinh residential area project
(November 2, 2022) – Ha Tinh Provincial People’s Committee has requested Harumi Development Investment Joint Stock Company to consider and propose boundary planning for the first investment phase of the Urban Area project. New Xuan Thanh, located in Nghi Xuan district. This is to ensure the progress of compensation and site clearance (ground clearance) in each stage, while ensuring the continuity of the land fund according to the planning approved by the Provincial People’s Committee.
See details(July 1, 2022) – Nghi Xuan District People’s Committee sent a proposal to Ha Tinh Provincial People’s Committee regarding reporting to the Prime Minister on establishing a general planning plan for a new urban project in Nghi Xuan.
The new urban project in Nghi Xuan, Ha Tinh is expected to be studied across the entire administrative boundary of the district, with a natural area of 222.45 km2 and a current population of about 104,000 people, equivalent to equivalent to the population size of urban type III (>100,000 people).
See details(September 27, 2021) – Ha Tinh Provincial People’s Committee has approved the environmental impact assessment (EIA) for the Xuan Thanh New Urban Area project phase 1, with an expected investment of nearly 550 billion VND.
This project is implemented by Harumi Development Investment Joint Stock Company, a member of SCTI Group, in Nghi Xuan district.
The Xuan Thanh New Urban Area project was approved by the Ha Tinh Provincial People’s Committee with detailed construction planning at a scale of 1/500 in April 2020. The total planning area includes 116 hectares, divided into two parts: Xuan Thanh commune (63.40 hectares) and Co Dam commune (53.14 hectares), located in Nghi Xuan district. The implementation process will be carried out in two different phases.
